We believe that God is with us through every storm we face.
Once the storms of life are over, it is easy to forget who got us through the storm in the first place. We lose sight of who protected us and kept us safe.
In today’s lesson, we will look at Noah and what happened when the flood was over. Noah could’ve gone back to his life and forgotten about the flood. Instead, he chose to worship God and celebrate the blessings God had given him.
It wasn’t easy for Noah and his family to trust God and believe that there was actually going to be a flood that would destroy the whole Earth. It had never flooded like that before, so why would they think it was going to do it now?
But, despite the difficulty, Noah and his family obeyed. When they obeyed, they saw God’s amazing power at work. They were saved from the flood and delivered from complete annihilation.
In this lesson, the children will learn that when they follow God and obey His commands (no matter how difficult), they will find miracles taking place in their own lives.
Hey, Parents! The world we live in is full of sin. It’s not much different than the world that Noah lived in. In Noah’s day, there was NO ONE else living for God except Noah.
How did Noah do it? How did he manage to live a righteous life in the midst of all that wickedness and sin? In this lesson, we examine the life of Noah and what set him apart from those around him. We will learn how he became the one God chose to save the human race from extinction.
The children will learn how they, too, can live a life that stands out for God. Even in the midst of a wicked world, they can still live a righteous life.
