At Central Kids we desire to partner with you, the parent, to take Jesus Christ to the center of your child’s heart. That means we want your child to love God with all his/her heart, soul and mind. We want them to rejoice and believe in the salvation that Jesus earned for them on the cross nearly 2000 years ago.
We believe that the only hope for the world is Jesus Christ. Without Jesus, your child will be utterly lost. We could choose to focus on other aspects of your child’s life, but we believe all growth and development are rooted in a relationship with Jesus Christ. For that reason, we want your child to care more about the God of the Bible than anything else. We take seriously Jesus’ command to “seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.” (Matthew 6:33)
We do this by regularly proclaiming the stories of the Bible to your child. We believe that the Bible is a story about God’s mission to rescue his people. This is a BIG story and it culminates in the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. We pray that when your child graduates from Central Kids they will know the BIG story of the Bible. We also pray that by God’s grace your child might LOVE and BELIEVE in the name of Jesus.
